How to Join our Club
  1. Own or be building a dune buggy / sand rail
  2. Attend two club monthly meetings
  3. Attend two club events
  4. Be voted in by the elected officers
  5. Pay club dues of $60.00 regular membership,
    or $30.00 for an associate membership.
    (Associate members live more than 60 miles
    from our meeting place in Martinez)
  6. Get Involved and Have Fun !!!



    Off Road Code of Ethics
  1. Respect the Earth
  2. Learn about environmental issues
  3. Obey all Off Road Vehicle laws and regulations
  4. Drive only on approved trails
  5. Don't alter trail markers
  6. Don't disturb livestock, leave all animals in peace
  7. Don't drain fuels or chemicals onto the ground
  8. Clear campsite and remove your trash
  9. Don't let your pets run loose
  10. Obey all CLOSED AREA signs
  11. Leave the land as you found it!

  3. Fire extinguisher mounted and fully charged
  4. First aid kit
  5. Helmets
  6. Insurance current and proof carried with you
  7. Registration/Green Sticker current
  8. Seat belts (5 point mandatory
  9. Spare parts and tools to swtich them
  10. Spark arrestor
  11. Stop lights working
  12. Tire repair kit
  13. TOW ROPE
  14. Whip flag


    Reminders About Driving
  1. Don't show off, we are not impressed!
  2. Don't follow too close
  3. You are responsible for the car behind you. Wait at each possible
    intersection for the driver behind you to see which way to go. If
    he/she doesn't show up in a reasonable period of time, GO BACK,
    find out what is wrong
